  • In-Game Name: 231st PVT 6293 Prosciutto
  • In-Game Playtime, as of the creation of application: N/A (server not opened)
  • Garry's Mod Playtime: 852.2
  • Do you have experience with ULX and FAdmin? If so, please explain the extent of your experience.
  • I do have experience, I was staff for one of the previous servers owned by either Dane or Zeref and also staff on servers that Basher either owned or Co-Owned. I mostly use the Menu because I can never remember full commands but I am certain to be fast with whatever I may be doing because as Staff you have to be fast at times to deal with issues that can evolve quite quickly to try and keep order among the members of the community. I haven't failed the community before, with my time as Staff so I can't let there be a time that I do.
  • Why do you think you are qualified for the Project Archer Staff Team?
  • I believe myself to be qualified because, I keep a close eye on everything, I am very active compared to other's, and I do pay close attention to details stated in the rules or implied by the rules. One thing people back in Platinum remember is that I had an issue that caused me to get a bit annoyed and I did some irrational things, I took the proper course of actions afterwards and got my staff privileges removed per my request, I didn't want to be a representative of the community so to say as a Staff member after that embarrassment which was dealt with and handled quite well. Something else would probably just be that I am very responsive, if I am busy I typically reply about 10 or so minutes right after they send me a message unless I am super busy with like school, family dinner, etc.
  • Do you think you are more qualified than others for this position? If yes, explain. If no, explain to your best ability. (This question is lenient on the three sentence rule)
  • If you think  about it, those who qualify don't truly qualify more than other's, people may have more experience but that doesn't make them any greater or worse than those with less experience. Myself for example, as a human I have flaws some worse than other's, everyone has flaws that are minor and major, no one is perfect so they can't truly qualify more than another or even claim they do, that's selfish and shows ignorance in my mind. One of the few things I can say though, when I make a mistake, I will take the consequences for my actions, whether they want to do it or not.
  • Why do you want this position?
  • I want the position so I can do something for the community, I always say I want to help the community but that's all you can really say. Staff is there to help the community they are working on, by keeping an order/peace in the server, you're helping people, by making sure people aren't careless and try to overstep their place, staff is there. I want to help the server and those in it as best I can, that's what every Staff member should want.
  • What do you think you can bring to the Staff Team? (What is/are your best qualities?)
  • I am very visual, one of the few things about it, my visual perception is a bit higher than average and I have an investigative nature, I can spend an entire day and night looking through 9 different tabs that in a wide view are unrelated but upon close inspection are related so closely you wouldn't even be able to deny it. I will not give punishment without proper evidence, if someone reports something, I will investigate it while I have them in a sit, if one of them tries anything, they'll be punished justly. Another thing I can bring is more trust, I am very trusted by the community to my knowledge and that can benefit the staff team under certain situations.
  • Do you have any experience with staffing? If yes, elaborate. If no, disregard the three-sentence requirement.
  • Yes, I was staff for Zeref for a while and Basher, for Zeref we did a good bit more and staff helped with building, there weren't many trouble makers. For Basher I was a mod on one server, mostly monitored for trouble makers and I would talk in chat asking what was happening when something questionable such as a team kill happened. I was promoted to Admin at one point, the server never really lived long enough for me to do anything significant but I was an admin and the people there knew me quite well.
  • Rate yourself on a scale from one to ten on your abilities to follow directions and pay attention to detail. Explain your rating.
  • Probably about 6 or 7, I would say I am average on any scale but when it comes to following directions, I am very direct and will follow precisely as instructed, paying attention to detail is one of the few things I am best at but that doesn't make me an 8 or 9. To be an 8 or 9 means you're one of the best, I am not going to say I am one of the best nor will I say I am one of the worst. Those words are quite subjective, people are moderate in my eyes, if they say they're the best they're over-estimating themselves, if they say they're the worst, they're under-estimating themselves.

Situational Questions

  • You witness two players arguing over a small or trivial issue, what do you do?
  • Tell them to knock it off in OOC and have fun.
  • A player calls for RDM in the admin chat, but the killbox has no display of anyone killing anyone else, what do you do?
  • I go to the player and tell them their was no log of RDM, if they try and frame someone I will use evidence to act, if they really tried to get someone banned then I'd report it in to the owners but I'd likely have a sit with them and talk with them about why they shouldn't waste the time of Staff with such ridiculous matters.
  • A group of players have legitimate complaints about the way you handle things, how do you respond to this?
  • I take the complaints as long as they are respectful, there are no reasons to be disrespectful when you have an opinion.
  • Someone is trying to give you advice, but you need to deal with something real quick first, how do you tell them you need to do something, without making it seem like you are trying to dodge their criticism?
  • In my mind, you should tell them that they should wait there while you go deal with something, if you're a trusted/trustworthy person, they shouldn't hold much doubt in you, and if I have to go after I deal with the problem I'd dm them to send me their criticism in Discord because there's no reason they can't dm me it.
  • Someone is criticizing your work, how do you respond?
  • Thank them for the criticism, even if you don't like it you should be respectful and thank them for it, respect is needed for everything.
  • You are helping a GameMaster with an event for whatever reason, there are other staff on, but someone wants to talk to you personally instead, how do you respond?
  • It'd depend what I am in the event, I could tell the GM that I need to go talk with someone and get some other Staff to help or I could tell the person to wait until after the event which is a bit rude so I'd prefer to talk with the person while other Staff help if they wish anyway.
  • Do you understand that failure to answer any of these questions correctly can result in the denial of your application? Yes, I understand quite a bit. It is a clearly stated rule, people either follow it or they don't. Being lazy and not following it is unacceptable and proves you aren't worth the time of being decided upon for Staff.
  • Do you accept that the Head Of Staff holds power to remove you from the staff team at any moment if he sees you unfit to hold the position? Yes, that's common sense. The Head of Staff is a Head. Being the head of a group of some sort typically means you're the leader or at least the one with the most power.
  • Do you accept that being a part of the staff team holds you to higher intelligence and common sense standards than that of a random player? Yes I do. To be staff is to be smart and use your common sense. It is how you solve problems, your mind is very important.
  • Do you accept that being a part of the staff team should not be abused, and the moment you are found abusing it you will be removed from it? Yes, abusing power is not acceptable. Whether you're an owner or not, you shouldn't abuse your abilities. Abusing your abilities removes fun from games for other's and can just ruin experiences for people.
  • Do you accept that failure to serve your part correctly in the staff team will lead to your dismissal? Yes, you're accepted for a reason. As any job, when you get accepted for a position, you are to see it done. Being staff isn't as hard as it may seem, you need to be able to carry your weight and do your job correctly.
  • Do you accept the rules of Application, and do you meet the requirements? I do accept the rules and I believe I meet the Requirements. This is in red but there isn't much I can say to turn it into 3 sentences minimum.
