Have you ever been a Staff/GM before? If so please list the name of Server (If you remember) and Staff Rank.:
Technically, yes. I was on staff, and was a gamemaster on Sentinel Networks. I joined about a week before the server ended however, so it was very brief.

Do you have a Mic?:
Yes

How long have you been on the Server?:
Not sure about playtime specifically, but i've been in the discord server since 12/23/2020. On the actual garry's mod server, i'd say probably around 12/28/2020.

Are you over the age of 13?:
Yes, I am 18.

Do you prefer passive role playing or active scenarios? Please explain your preferences with a minimum of three sentences:
I'd say personally I prefer Active RP, although I by no means dislike Passive RP. They both have their purposes, and keep people entertained. Passive RP for me, is something that takes a while. Obviously you're not gonna go grab a pair of scissors at lightning speeds. It takes a minute. With passive RP there isn't really much stress involved, and you really get to develop a character, and their relations to other player's characters. Active RP is more like "oh god, if I don't get those scissors ASAP the enemy will break through those doors". It's not always "stressful" persay, but there is definitely a rush, that passive RP doesn't have. Active RP also lets you take what you've developed during passive RP and apply that in a battlefield situation. (assuming you took the time to passive RP)

Please describe what you would consider as “passive role playing”.:
Passive roleplaying to me is roleplaying outside of missions or events. Basically, players making their own fun while staying in character. Whether that be going to the medbay for a checkup, requisitioning something, or even going to the bar and bartending for a while, I'd consider that all passive RP.

In your opinion, what are the attributes of a good event?:
From my perspective, a good event is an event that your players enjoy, and have fun with. If the players aren't having fun, what's the point? At the same time though, the event shouldn't be completely based on pandering to the players, it should also be something the GM enjoys putting together. There's a very delicate balance that needs to be struck. I'd also say a good event is an event that isn't solely based around one single thing, and has a good plot alongside it. Your players are gonna get bored if the event is just shooting droids for a half an hour, but they could also get bored if their just sitting around for the same amount of time.

In your opinion, what are the attributes of a good GameMaster team?:
I would say a good GM team is a coordinated GM team. The team should try and work with itself instead of trying to do everyone's own thing. Something I don't hear about a lot is GM's working on stories together, which i'd like to try.

Please write out an event or scenario that would accurately depict your standards for event making. This does not have to be an active combat situation. This segment is your time to show us what your abilities are and how you would make a story for the players to follow. (minimum of 5 sentences and 65 words):

The battalion is sent on a covert mission to try and investigate why the republic outpost on Kelia IV has stopped transmitting signals. RC believes that the CIS is involved, but there is no conformation. A single LAAT is sent down, with the venator on standby incase the situation requires it. As the team lands, a couple rogue clones approach, saying that the outpost was taken over by this planets army. They also explain that the government was overthrown in a quick and decisive coup by the army, and have plans on joining the CIS. The commanders then receive orders to take back the republic outpost, and secure it for reinforcements to take their place. After a little bit of walking, the battle begins. The battle is a decisive victory for the clones, however shortly afterwards it is revealed that majority of the much needed supplies to keep this outpost functional, have been taken to a nearby warehouse. The team leaves some people behind to secure the outpost, while the vast majority of the team secures the supplies. Both groups of people receive varying levels of combat, the outpost group defending, and the warehouse group attacking. After the battles are won, and after the supplies have been secured and delivered back to the outpost, an LAAT flies in, and returns the troops to the venator for debrief.

Though he doesn't have much experience with GMing and storytelling and the like, at least not in this context, everyone has to start somewhere. I think he has the right mindset to go far doing so. I completely agree with his statement that there is a delicate balance involved. I want to see what sort of things he can come up with.
