In-Game Name: N/A.

In-Game Playtime, as of the creation of application: 300+ Hours on original Kessel Networks and around 50 hours on Project Archer.

Garry's Mod Playtime: Oh this is gonna be sad... 5,092 hours...

Do you have experience with ULX and FAdmin? If so, please explain the extent of your experience?: I have a lot of experience using ULX and FAdmin alike, considering they are in the same module. After over 1k hours of experience in owning servers and even more in staffing on servers, I have used ULX and FAdmin a lot and understand the two systems very well.

Why do you think you are qualified for the Kessel Reborn Staff Team?: I think I'm qualified for the Kessel Reborn Staff Team because I have a lot of experience staffing and a lot of experience staffing on severs with the same people who are here now. I understand how the permissions work and I also work well with other people. I can be a good example for players and enforce rules unbiased towards anyone. I believe these reasons are enough to qualify for the Kessel Reborn Staff Team.

Do you think you are more qualified than others for this position? If yes, explain. If no, explain to your best ability. (This question is lenient on the three sentence rule): I believe I'm more qualified for this position than others because I have a lot of experience and already work well with the people in the community. Another reason that makes me more qualified is that I understand how to use ULX and FAdmin better than most and can troubleshoot with the owners if needed in order to help the server. Lastly, I believe I'm more qualified than most since my schedule is open and I'm willing to dedicate the time and effort in order to help improve the community and more than fulfill my duties as a staff member.

Why do you want this position?: I would like this position because I have played on the servers before this one in the past and greatly enjoyed them. I would also love to see this community grow to become something great and amazing like I know it can be. I also miss the family that was the Kessel Staff Team and would like another chance at it on Kessel Reborn.

What do you think you can bring to the Staff Team? (What is/are your best qualities?): I can bring experience and knowledge to the staff team. I'm also a good leader and can provide and good and strong example for players and even fellow staff members. Above all else, I bring a kind and friendly attitude which helps and welcomes everyone.

Do you have any experience with staffing? If yes, elaborate. If no, disregard the three-sentence requirement.: I already previously explained this in the experience question, but I'll elaborate further. I've server three months as a forum applied moderator on superiorservers.co. I've served 6+ months of multiple staff positions on the form Kessel Networks server. I have owned several servers which unfortunately never panned out due to activity issues.

Rate yourself on a scale from one to ten on your abilities to follow directions and pay attention to detail. Explain your rating.: I would personally place myself between 7 and 8. I pay attention to detail very well and follow directions even better. The only reason I don't place myself higher is due to me sometimes forgetting and/or not hearing things and being unable to follow through with them. Although this doesn't happen regularly, it has happened and is essential to point out.

You witness two players arguing over a small or trivial issue, what do you do?: I would first attempt to solve it in game by getting them to focus on the task ahead and/or, if able, separate the two. If I'm unable to handle it in character or then continue for some reason, I would pull them both aside and handle it like a staff member. I would first attempt to deescalate the situation and then break it down so they can realize how ridiculous it is. If they continue, I would kick and warn them both and tell them that it must not continue when they come back or it will be a temp ban.

A player calls for RDM in the admin chat, but the killbox has no display of anyone killing anyone else, what do you do?: I would first ask the other staff members if they saw anything and double check the console to see if there was a kill logged. I would then, assuming there was nothing found, pull the person aside and ask them what happened. If sounds like it was actually rdm, I would then bring the other person and ask them their side of it. If they say that it didn't happen, then I would double check everything again and if nothing comes back, I'd just return them both and tell them not to let it happen again, regardless of if anything happened. If they admit to it or I find the log through one form or another, I would continue the sit like a normal rdm sit and punish the offender accordingly.

A group of players have legitimate complaints about the way you handle things, how do you respond to this?: I would ask other staff members about it first to see if they also believe I'm doing something wrong. If they agree with the players, I would ask them what I should change in order to do better and build off it from there. If the staff disagree, I would privately talk to each of the players in said group as ask them what their problems with me are. If they seem plausible then I would change and build off it accordingly. If not, I would ask them to elaborate until it makes sense and turns into something I can use or turns into something that I can point out to them and prove that it's unreasonable to be upset about.

Someone is trying to give you advice, but you need to deal with something real quick first, how do you tell them you need to do something, without making it seem like you are trying to dodge their criticism?: I would tell them directly that I current have something that I need to do and will be returning right after I finish with the situation. I would make sure to follow through with said promise and return to speaking with them right after I deal with the situation.

Someone is criticizing your work, how do you respond?: I view the criticism and try and build off of it and improve. If this proves futile either because I don't understand or don't know how to fix it, I'd talk to them privately and ask what I should change and what they believe should be done. Either way, I would respond with a positive response and thank them for the suggestion/criticism, assuming it isn't blatantly disrespectful.

You are helping a GameMaster with an event for whatever reason, there are other staff on, but someone wants to talk to you personally instead, how do you respond?: I would first attempt to just speak with them over text since I can multi task both. If they want to speak with me directly, I would ask them to hold off until I finish what I'm doing since I made a promise to help the GameMaster and wouldn't want to turn against my word. I would then inform them of an estimate on when it will be over and ask if they can wait till then. If they can't wait till then, I would speak with them for a few minutes or less and then return to the event.
